GreenRock Partners identified the path forward for building a park over GA 400 in Buckhead, Atlanta. This plan creates nearly 10 acres of new park land and would serve as a community focal point and main activity center.

The vision for The Stitch is to connect downtown Atlanta over the connector and link with development in Midtown. The concept is for a series of parks framed by new buildings to become an activity center unlike anything in downtown.

Urban Blu was a mixed-use community concept outside of Panama City, Florida. The plan included retail space along the main highways, zero lot line housing, townhomes and multi-family units. A series of parks and open spaces combined with sidewalks and other features made this a walkable and sustainable community.

Collegetown Ashley is a mixed-income, mixed-use community in downtown Atlanta that was developed as part of the HOPE VI program to replace outdated public housing. It consists of townhomes and apartments as well as a series of connected open spaces.

This plaza in a formerly unused courtyard became the favored respite from work stress. An ingenious drainage system of French drains was created to replace an existing catch basin with an attractive and functional system.

For an architect’s office, we created a secluded, sunken garden that extends the workspaces of the staff.
